#  David Xiao: New CRCS Visiting Scholar

CRCS would like to welcome [David Xiao](/people/david-xiao) as our newest Visiting Scholar. David is a [CNRS](http://www.cnrs.fr/) researcher in the [Algorithms and Complexity Group](http://www.liafa.univ-paris-diderot.fr/algocomp/) at [LIAFA](http://www.liafa.univ-paris-diderot.fr/), focusing on complexity theory and cryptography. Prior to his work at LIAFA, he obtained his Ph. D from [Princeton University](http://www.cs.princeton.edu/) under the co-supervision of [Boaz Barak](http://www.cs.princeton.edu/~boaz) and [Avi Wigderson](http://www.math.ias.edu/~avi) ([IAS](http://www.math.ias.edu/)).
